Leveraging Rockefeller Foundation's City Resilience Framework
In this solution, guidelines for action were developing using the Rockefeller Foundation's City Resilience framework. This framework starts with active community outreach in order to determine what the most important needs are for a solution to given resiliency program. For Shelby County, TN and their NDRC resiliency program, the four themes that were prioritized are People (Health & Well Being), Organization (Economy & Society), Place (Infrastructure & Environment), and Knowledge (Leadership & Strategy):
